With over 20 years of professional experience, I have worked in multinational environments across hospitality, event management, logistics, and sales. Throughout my career, I gained valuable experience at renowned organizations such as Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest, Corinthia Hotel Budapest, Gundel Restaurant, as well as international energy companies like TotalEnergies and Shell.
In my roles, I operated within complex corporate environments where high service standards, strategic thinking, effective collaboration, and responsible decision-making were essential. I gained hands-on experience in organizing large-scale events, coordinating logistics processes, and working across business and sales functions — including the industrial and lubricants sector.
Through numerous human stories, team dynamics, successes, and challenges, I consciously began to build my own professional path alongside my full-time role, focusing on coaching, training, and development. I completed a practice-oriented Coach and Trainer program in Hungary, and I continuously integrate this knowledge into my work.
