After many years in hospitality, event and logistics management, and sales, one thing became clear to me: supporting others in their development is not only something I enjoy — it's what comes most naturally to me.

Through countless human stories, team dynamics, successes, and challenges, I consciously began building my own professional path alongside my main role, focusing on coaching, training, and development. I completed a practice-oriented Coach and Trainer program in Hungary and continuously integrate this knowledge into my work.

I believe it is never too late to grow, and that self-awareness, empathy, and continuous skill development are the foundations of sustainable, high-performing organizations.
